David Prado Pulino

Civil Engineer, University of São Paulo (USP), with postgraduate specializations in Hydraulics and Sanitation, Inland Waterways, Irrigation Projects, and Small Hydroelectric Power Plants, all also earned at USP.

Extensive experience encompasses studies and designs for multi-purpose civil works in power generation, flood control, sanitation and environmental protection, river navigation, and transportation.

 

Has authored numerous articles presented at national and international technical conferences. Acts as a specialized consultant for project analysis and provides advisory services for engagements with the Brazilian electricity sector and environmental regulatory bodies, including assisting entrepreneurs in the selection and procurement of design consultants, civil contractors, and electromechanical equipment vendors.

Sergio Solino Ramos

Civil Engineer with a degree from the University of São Paulo (USP). Postgraduate specializations include Hydraulic Works (USP), Hydraulic Transients (FATEC and PUC), and Energy Planning (UFMG). Additionally, holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV.

Possesses experience in the field of hydraulic works, particularly within hydroelectric ventures, covering strategic business planning, engineering studies and project development, and the implementation stage. Functions as a specialized consultant for project analysis and provides advisory services for engagements with the Brazilian electricity sector and environmental regulatory bodies, which includes assisting entrepreneurs in the selection and procurement of design consultants, civil contractors, and electromechanical equipment vendors.

Cyro Vicente Boccuzzi

An Electrical Engineer from Mackenzie University's School of Engineering, he boasts four decades of experience in the Brazilian electricity sector. Since 2007, he has been the co-founder and chief executive of ECOee, a pioneering engineering and consulting firm specializing in energy management and technology, and notably, the first Brazilian company to develop expertise in smart grids.

His distinguished career includes roles as Vice-President of power utilities such as AES Eletropaulo (now ENEL SP) and ENERSUL, and as Executive Director at the consulting firm Andrade & Canellas (now Thymos Energia). He has also contributed to the strategic direction of various organizations, serving on the Boards of Directors for companies like AES Tietê and AES Sul, and the IEE-USP (Institute of Electrotechnics and Energy at the University of São Paulo).

He is a Senior Member of both IEEE and Cigré, and notably, the founder and current President of the Latin American Smart Grid Forum. Furthermore, he is a Director within the Infrastructure Department (DEINFRA) of FIESP. Academically, he holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Controlling from FIPECAFI / FEA / FIA / USP, a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and is a Board Member certified by IBGC.

Armando Bueno Santos Junior

Electrical-Electrotechnical Engineer from Mackenzie University, graduated in 1982. He built his career working on large infrastructure projects, primarily in hydroelectricity, involved in both development and implementation feasibility. He has experience in contract management, and coordination and direction during the implementation of hydroelectric power plants.

 

His background also includes supply chain processes, defining strategic partnerships and technology suppliers, including actions in expediting, commissioning, and due diligence. He possesses knowledge in Finance with a focus on infrastructure operations and Value-Based Management (VBM), geological risks, and process management with performance indicators. His most recent work was on the Estreito Hydropower Plant (1087MW).

Adalberto Diogo de Oliveira

An Industrial Mechanical Engineer who graduated from Centro Universitário FEI in 1978, he has built a distinguished career at leading companies including Nexa Resources, Rio Tinto, Anglo American, Novelis, and Alcan. His roles, spanning manager and general manager levels, covered key areas such as supply chain processes, contract oversight, project execution, and human resources management.

 

He brings significant international expertise, with professional engagements in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Peru. Complementing his engineering background is a robust foundation in Finance, evidenced by extensive coursework at institutions like Fundação Dom Cabral (MBA, PDE, People Management), FEA-USP, FGV-SP, FIA-USP, Sauders-USA, and UTEC-Peru, alongside specialized training in Antitrust and Anti-corruption Compliance.

Luiz Augusto Barcellos Almeida

Civil engineer, specialized in sanitary and environmental engineering, with over 40 years of experience in business process management and the implementation of large-scale projects.

​

He has coordinated areas such as sustainability, environment, quality, human resources, and technology. He served as a coordinator in the implementation of several hydroelectric projects, focusing on environmental issues, social programs, and environmental risk prevention. He contributed to the development of measures for Contingency and Emergency Plans.

 

He has taken a leadership role in various projects and has solid experience in developing business strategies, conducting environmental and sustainability studies, and improving processes.
